Article 6 - Fees

2760. Fees

1. (a) The service dealer registration fee and annual renewal fee shall be one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165) for each location engaging in the business of repair or installation of electronic equipment as defined in the Act and one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165) for the repair of appliances.
2. (b) The service dealer registration fee shall be three hundred twenty-five dollars ($325) for each location engaging in the business of repair or installation of electronic equipment as defined in the Act and the repair of appliances.
3. (c) The annual registration renewal fee shall be three hundred dollars ($300) for each location engaging in the business of repair or installation of electronic equipment as defined in the Act and the repair of appliances.
4. (d) The service contractor registration fee and annual renewal fee shall be seventy-five dollars ($75) for each place of business engaged in the issuing, selling, offering for sale and/or administering of service contracts in this state.
